I just thought I would show you where I do my sewing. It's actually our dining room which is sparsely decorated. So many people posts shots of beautiful sewing rooms with lots of cute organisers, etc. I thought it might hearten people to see how un-cute my sewing space is. A bare bulb hangs from the ceiling, and it doesn't even have any natural light...it's all borrowed light from the kitchen.
I am not complaining though. It is a lot of space. Sadly, I need to pack all this up come the weekend. My husband has been hinting that our daughters' table manners might improve, if we were able to sit around a proper table as a family once in awhile. It's a hard point to argue against.
