About NARS 15x15project

NARS celebrates its 15th anniversary with 15X15, a collection of 15 celebrity portraits photographed by Founder and Creative Director François Nars. Each portrait draws inspiration from a NARS product shade and an iconic reference carefully chosen by François.

What real people look like - Naked?

Ever wonder what the person seated next to you on the train looks like - naked? How about that suave-looking medic who attended to you during your last visit to the doctor's?
Photographer Sebastian Kempa 's latest project, "Project Naked People", features 30 (and counting) individuals before and after being in their second skin - clothes.

Marina (Student), Harald (Medic), Aileen (Student), are the models for this project.

The default page will show you what these people look like clothed in their normal days, and when you put your mouse over, their real skin will surface.

Albino from Hong Kong turns supermodel in London

Connie Chiu is a Chinese albino from Hong Kong who was raised in Sweden and eventually paraded off to London to become a supermodel. Oh, and sometimes her eyes look purple. Basically, without her even trying, her personal fairy tale is the backstory for what could be China’s greatest fictional superheroine.

“I wrote my phone number on the back of a photo and sent it off to Jean Paul Gaultier. About four months later, he called my mum and said he wanted me to come do his couture show in Paris.”

Matthew Williamson Models for H&M

Matthew Williamson will be the next designer after Comme des Garcons to create a "Matthew Williamson for H&M" capsule collection.






The designer will front the campaign for his upcoming menswear and womenswear collection for high street favourite H&M alongside model Daria Werbowy, according to WWD. Photographed in Mexico by Solve Sundsbo, the campaign marks Williamson's first foray into modelling and according to his business partner Joseph Velosa, it doesn't stop there - the designer will also feature in the H&M TV ads. Matthew Williamson's H&M women's collection is set to hit stores in April while the menswear is set to be in stores in mid-May.

It looked like she grew slightly thinner, but her unique pan-asian features will probably help her get to the top in the modelling industry.
