There was a point in my life wherein I wanted to be a Japanese. I think I remembered begging the Japanese husband of my aunt to bring me to Japan and live there for good. I was 7 years old and every Sunday night I'd watch Oh! Tokyo on IBC 13 then afterwards I'd switch the channel to WOWOW , a Japanese channel on cable before. I had a lot of memories when I was young and I think 80% of it involves my love for everything Japanese . I always feel proud of my rounded face because it makes my eyes chinky and in a way it makes me look like a bit of a Japanese. I self studied Katakana and Hiragana writing and then came Sailormoon and the gang and my love for anime and drawing gave birth.

Not everyone is given a chance to talk and have a personal encounter with different people everyday. Before I was so different. I was carefree.. careless. But being a nurse led me into a new realm. Everyday I see how people suffer and it overwhelms me that these people entrust their precious lives to me. It truly breaks my heart whenever someone dies.. Not being melodramatic , but last week I had an encounter that reaffirmed my profession. I saved someone from dying. Thank God I know how to operate the suction machine. Seeing his cyanotic colored skin turn into brownish pink is an achievement. #ilovemyjob

Trust me im really nervous about this one. The kind of jitter I felt during my thesis defense back in college. My knowledge in MS PowerPoint also has become 0% and I had to ask my younger brother every now and then. I sounded like my mom. technophobic and clueless. Clueless! yes! Im also clueless about what topic to discuss since I dont want to end up blabbering stuff about me , me and me... i just want them kids to learn something out of this. lets hope for the best.
