pass your bedtime
The lack of sleep can sometimes be your best friend. It enables us to compensate by triggering our stress hormones physiologically... keeping us awake and lively. Much to my surprise, I, myself, couldn't fathom the weird energy inside me that kept me up for more than 5 hours. I was feeling a bit lazy to layer and dress up given the very cold climate right now but the shoes were so enough to tell the whole story. The chilly weather and wooden staircase is just what i need for a perfect nap. yes, i can sleep on the floor with my flabby arms as my pillow. I was at Curves' place , not for a sleep over but for something big hehe. you'll know. wink*
