Photographer....Teri Lyn Fisher

Teri Lyn Fisher is a dynamic photographer who works with Interior stylists like Emily Henson, who I'll be featuring tomorrow! Teri shoots still life as well as food...who doesn't love food photography as well? In this post I'm only featuring some of her Interior photos, as they're my favorites.

I've always wondered what my home would look like if shot by a pro....even though I have a pretty good camera (Canon) I think professional shots always make things look much nicer...don't you agree??

Also, while peeking through her website & portfolio I noticed how CLEVER her BIO page was, where she lists off 92 things about her.....very simple & to the point, love it!  You can see it here.

El Mueble Magazine...(Via Made By Girl)

Welcome back! Thanks for popping back in this Monday to read my blog! Hope you enjoyed your weekend! The weather has been so amazing here in Nevada, awfully warm for this time of year which is unusual, but I'm not complaining.

On another note, last week a reader directed me to El Mueble, a Spanish magazine. I love being introduced to new magazines...and the minute I hear about one I CAN'T WAIT to visit the site!

Most of the time I'm impressed while other times I'm left feeling a bit DISAPPOINTED with the content. However, El Mueble was a pleasant surprise! Even though I don't have a physical copy it was great to be able to skim through their site!

Don't you love that most magazines have websites these days?

El Mueble, which (to me) means the Sofa in Spanish has a great website! Apparently Mueble also means furniture. FUNNY, in my dad's country Mueble is a sofa or couch.  Anyway, this is one of those mag sites that delivers good SIZED photos for you to actually stare at. Don't you hate it when mag sites put those teeny tiny pics???

Mi Casa: Vintage Style Loft....(Via Made By Girl)

Hello everyone! Today I was thinking how I haven't blogged about Mi Casa magazine in quite some time! I usually check out their site, not as often as I used to because they have so many beautiful pictures that I end up staying on there too long!!  I'm sure some of you KNOW WHAT I MEAN...all of sudden 10 min turns into 45 and so on!

Anyhow, I was surfing the site (in my 10 minutes) and I found this gorgeous loft! It's so unique, with it's vintage qualities & high beamed ceilings. Oh YES, and the lovely violet sofa! True inspiration....don't you think??

Check out a video tour of this home here.

Edyta & Co. Interior Designer... (Via Made by Girl)

This Friday I'd like to introduce you to a blogger friend of mine, Edyta. Edyta runs a successful Interior Design company in Chicago (Edyta & Co.) that designs both for residents and commercial space. She works out of Chicago (for those of you living there) and loves to create modern & classic interiors. I love that she also runs her own blog & has such a super nice attitude. She was the one who offered to send me a particular magazine issue I'd been searching FOR-EVER!!

Feel free to swing by her blog to see what she's up to.

Visit Nordisk Eksotisk...Book Review (Via Made By Girl)

Authors, Iben & Niels Ahlberg sent this gorgeous & inspiring book to me from Denmark! I knew you all would LOVE it... so I'd like to share some images with you!

VISIT Nordisk Eksotisk is the first title in the Visit Series about Scandinavian Interiors. There will be another title published at the end of November as well (can't wait!) The 'Visit' book is in Danish but it ALSO includes an insert with English text, which is convenient since I DON'T speak Danish!! I've already started reading mine....it explains all the pages and what you're seeing in detail!

The book showcases their own home as well as a few others. I'm already feeling INSPIRED flipping through all the pages. I love the touches of solid black furniture & lighting you see throughout, especially up against the stark white walls.

I'm so ENAMORED with this book & is now one of my favorites. It has 163 pages of cull-color and definitely worth a look! For more on this book, you can also read my previous post here.

If you're interested in PURCHASING a copy of the book click here.

This Monday I bring to you another home TOUR that's sure to inspire you! Ugh, what am I waiting for?!?!?!?!?

I found her home to be very COZY looking, with a VINTAGE feel and a few modern touches! Let Julie know what you liked best about her home and if it's inspired you!
Thanks Julie for sharing your place with all of us!
