La Casa De Doris....

I always love to highlight other creative people...and even though I've featured Doris before (here).... I'm excited to be featuring her again! She made a few changes to her home since then & was kind enough to let me share the pictures with all of you!!

Venetian mirrors look great almost anywhere in the home. I thought about buying two for my master bathroom....

There's something super cool about a LARGE photograph framed behind a glass. This is something I've thought about doing in my own home. 

Not sure where I'd put it, but it has to be a PHOTOGRAPH that doesn't tire easily...you know, something you can look at everyday & still ADORE....

Her style is definitely unique & playful. I wish I had more friends with her style & creativity in home decor- I'm sure it would be so inspiring to visit her home!

How interesting is this artwork? It reminds me of a board game! Oh and it also contains my fave word "LOVE"

I love modern bathrooms & in this case i like how the bright and colorful pendant adds interest and breaks up this white space.

Emily's Home Tour..(Via Made By Girl)

Back to Monday.....we finally got some great sunbathing weather on Saturday so I sunbathed. I usually only stay two hours because I don't want to end up looking like Snooki.....felt great! In the meanwhile I have family in town so I apologize ahead of time if my emails or comments are a bit late in responding!

But today there's another home tour, this one is from Emily over at Decor Chick? Know her? Well, here home is so nicely put together...from the entryway to the home office.  She told me she's pretty much into traditional home decor, but slowly trying to bring in some modern touches.

Jackie's Home Tour... (Via Made By Girl)

Last week I posted on my Twitter if anyone was interested in having their home FEATURED on my blog....a few of you responded with pictures. Of course, I cannot choose EVERYONE, so I apologize if you don't get selected. What I'm looking for: 

• (NON BLURRY) pictures
• good resolution a must
• interesting & stylish decor
• No FLASH! Pics with flash = awful!! 
• Pics taken during the daytime work best 
• around 8-10 pictures total

So.....Jackie, over at Sweet Pie Style Blog sent me pics of her home to share with ALL OF YOU. 

She also writes a blog & sells lots of cute little vintage items via Etsy, including a white foo dog similar to the one you see in this post! I ALSO spotted the l Ballard Designs rug that I got for my master closet, except Jackie revealed to me she bought hers on Overstock!! I love the way it looks & it feels when you walk on it barefoot!

Tina's CHIC Home Tour...(Via Made by Girl)

So many of us LIKE to PEEK into OTHER PEOPLE'S homes (online of course, not through a window) and see how they decorate their space! I'm one of those people & when I get a home TOUR emailed to me that inspires me, I know I have to share it with you! This GLAMOROUS home was sent to me by Tina, the author of 'Signed By Tina' blog. 

It's obvious Tina is FEARLESS when it comes to the use of patterns. In fact, her home is reminds me of a CHIC boutique hotel, don't you think?? Both her & her boyfriend recently RENOVATED their apartment and are now ready to ENJOY it. Let her know what you think of her space. Thanks Tina!
